Qualifications

  • Active CPA; 5–7+ yrs total experience, preferably with audit-firm grounding (senior associate level or higher).
  • Hands-on: can personally post JEs, run close, reconcile, file returns not just supervise vendors.
  • PFRS fluent; advanced Excel; exposure to QuickBooks/Xero/NetSuite (or similar).
  • Strong communication & presentation skills; can lead small projects independently.
  • Startup mindset: flexible, practical, comfortable with ambiguity; ownership/initiative baked in.
  • Exposure to government reporting and corporate governance artifacts.

Job Description

  • Accounting & Controllership: month-end close, COA setup, reconciliations, FS prep
  • Compliance: BIR/SEC/SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG registrations & filings
  • Treasury: cash management, 12-week cash forecasting, banking
  • Systems & Process: select/implement right-sized ERP (e.g., QuickBooks/Xero/NetSuite)
  • Support to Investments: clean Excel models, basic feasibility analysis
