Kreatex is a creative technology company building immersive experiences, SaaS products, and AI-powered solutions for a global client base.

We are building a secure, scalable, and ISO 27001-aligned cloud platform on Microsoft Azure to host both our own applications and client workloads, including high-performance web applications, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered tools.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and maintain the multi-client cloud infrastructure that will power Kreatex's business.

You will create the platform blueprint for hosting multiple client projects with isolation, scalability, and security by design, while ensuring compliance and performance standards are consistently met.

This role will be hands-on and strategic, you will not only build the platform but also create the automation, processes, and monitoring framework for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Client Infrastructure Architecture
  • Design Azure-based infrastructure to host both client-specific and multi-tenant workloads.
  • Implement isolation strategies (separate resource groups, VNets, databases, and storage per client where required).
  • Build repeatable provisioning pipelines for new client environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep).
2. Security & Compliance
  • Implement ISO 27001-aligned security controls across all environments.
  • Set up Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for SSO, MFA, and role-based access control (least privilege).
  • Configure Azure Key Vault for secrets, certificates, and API keys.
  • Enable Azure Defender and configure security baselines.
3. Automation & CI/CD
  • Build automated CI/CD pipelines for both internal and client applications (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
  • Standardize deployments, DNS, SSL, and WAF rules for new environments.
  • Automate backups, patching, and monitoring.
4. Monitoring & Incident Response
  • Set up per-client monitoring dashboards, performance alerts, and SLA reporting using Azure Monitor & Application Insights.
  • Create incident response processes for both Kreatex and client-hosted workloads.
  • Implement cost monitoring and tagging for accurate client chargeback reports.
5. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  • Produce comprehensive infrastructure documentation and runbooks.
  • Train internal teams (developers, support) on deployment processes and environment management.
  • Establish governance guidelines for onboarding new clients into the platform.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in cloud infrastructure engineering with strong Microsoft Azure expertise.
  • Proven experience in multi-tenant or multi-client architecture design.

  • Deep knowledge of:

  • Azure networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs, private endpoints)

  • Azure storage (Blob, Files, managed disks)
  • Azure Database services (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server)
  • Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep)
  • CI/CD automation pipelines
  • Strong security and compliance understanding (ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks).
  • Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery design.
  • Comfortable leading both architecture decisions and hands-on implementation.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience hosting deployed platforms.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS) or containerized hosting.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML workloads in Azure.
  • Background in creative/tech industries or regulated environments.
Engagement Terms
  • Full-Time (preferred) for initial 6–12 months to build and stabilize the platform.
  • Location: Makati Office - Fulltime
