Job description

The Hotel Nurse provides medical assistance and first aid to guests and employees, ensuring a safe and healthy environment within the hotel. This role involves responding to medical emergencies, administering medication, and coordinating with external healthcare providers as necessary. The Hotel Nurse also contributes to the hotel's health and safety initiatives, including wellness programs and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Assistance:

• Provide first aid and medical care to guests and employees as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Assess guests and employees for signs of illness or injury and provide appropriate care or referrals.

Health & Safety:

• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards within the hotel.
• Conduct regular health checks for staff, particularly for those working in high-risk areas such as the kitchen.
• Assist in developing and implementing hotel health and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and hotel policies.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients.
• Document all medical incidents, treatments, and referrals.
• Prepare reports on health and safety matters as required by management.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with local hospitals and clinics to arrange for the transfer of patients when necessary.
• Communicate with guests and employees about health concerns, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the hotel's management team to address any health-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php85.00 per hour
