JOB SUMMARY

  • Prepare purchase orders for the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for purchasing goods and services needed by the Team Member and for the company itself.
  • Negotiates with possible suppliers for the terms of payment and prices of items to be purchase.
  • Coordinating with other departments and processing their requests.
  • Inspecting goods by checking its quantity and quality against purchase orders.
  • Ensuring every item purchased is at good quality meeting the needs of the end users.
  • Maintaining items purchased meets the desired budget of the company,
  • Ensuring that every purchase orders are forwarded to the Accounting Department after the course of transaction between the the suppliers for payment processing.
  • Monitoring of stocks inventory and its releases.

OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED

  • Daily monitoring and checking of cheques collected by the Credit and Collection Department.
  • Ensuring that every cheque collected will be remitted to the Cashier, having its corresponding system generated receipts.
  • Daily making of deposit slip for cheques and cash.
  • Checking the statement of accounts forwarded by the Body & Paint suppliers, making sure that the amount stated in their invoice is correct with no discrepancies before forwarding it to Audit Department.
  • Making sure that the Service Department billed the right amount of painting materials used to be paid by the customers following the company policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or any related course.
  • with minimum of 6 months experience in the same field.
  • Willing to be assigned in Commonwealth, Quezon City
  • Can start ASAP
