Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment needed for production.
  • Load and unload raw materials, semi-finished, or finished products.
  • Support machine operators and assemblers by handing tools, parts, or packaging.
  • Perform basic tasks such as cleaning work areas, removing waste, and organizing supplies.
  • Monitor product quality by performing visual inspections and reporting any defects.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Help in packaging, labeling, and organizing finished goods for storage or delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Line Leader.

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
  • With or without experience (training may be provided).
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, overtime, or holidays.
  • Hardworking, honest, and can work well with a team.
