Job Summary

The MEPFS Site Engineer oversees the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire‑protection, and safety systems on construction sites. They coordinate contractors, monitor progress, enforce safety and code compliance, and keep detailed documentation of all activities .

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise on‑site construction activities for MEPFS systems, ensuring work aligns with design drawings and project schedules.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and regulatory adherence, and resolve any technical issues that arise.

  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, submittals, and as‑built documentation for the client and internal teams.

  • Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors.

  • Assist in testing and commissioning of equipment, and ensure all systems meet local building codes and safety standards .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer
