Responsibilities:

STRATEGY & COMMUNICATIONS DEVELOPMENT

  • Analyze customer data and understand business requirements and challenges

  • Collaborate with partners to translate marketing strategy into actionable campaigns.

  • Design communications plan and targeting strategy

  • Define and evaluate campaign metrics

  • Track all campaign deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution and timely implementation

  • Analyze campaign performance and present recommendations.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Increase revenue by growing business opportunities with partners

  • Lead recruitment and retention of team members

  • Cultivate growth by ensuring high quality work and investing in talent development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any relevant field.

  • At least 1 year experience in digital marketing (CRM / performance marketing backgrounds preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral; good presentation skills

  • Experience using Tableau and CRM systems is an advantage

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
