About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility to join our team at Good Pastry Café' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time Utility, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our café, contributing to the overall excellent customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of all café areas, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming the floors on a regular basis
  • Cleaning and sanitising all surfaces, including tables, counters, and equipment
  • Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning products
  • Assisting with light food preparation tasks as needed
  • Ensuring the proper disposal of waste and recycling
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or utility role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
  • Basic food preparation skills are an asset
