Working Rhythm: Sunday to Monday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT

Contract Type: Full-time Contractor Agreement

Reporting To: Admission Team Lead

Travel: Up to 10% regional/international travel may be required

As an Admission Officer at Nexford, your role goes beyond just reviewing applications — you'll be a vital contributor to helping learners seamlessly transition into their academic journey. From verifying official transcripts to guiding applicants through their admission requirements, you'll play a key role in ensuring learners have accurate academic records and a smooth enrollment experience.

Your responsibilities will span application review, documentation verification, learner record management, and support for outreach initiatives — all while upholding Nexford's standards of accuracy, efficiency, and learner-centered service.

What You'll Be Owning The Constants
  • Review applications and make timely, accurate admission decisions.
  • Handle admission-related queries to help move applicants forward in the pipeline.
  • Manage and update learner records in internal systems (e.g. SiS).
  • Verify and document official documents to ensure compliance and record integrity.

The Variables
  • Collaborate with fellow Admissions Officers for call outreach campaigns to help learners complete pending documents.
  • Participate in virtual/live sessions aimed at supporting learners in securing official records.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on improving the admissions process and reducing barriers.

Skills And Qualifications

We value a diverse background of candidates and encourage applications even if you don't check every box. That said, the ideal candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in admissions, data management, or customer service (experience in EdTech is a bonus).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in communication across tools like email, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Sensitivity and awareness when working with a diverse applicant population.
