Senior Finance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general accounting processes such as AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing, ensuring accurate recording and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and review month-end journals, closing adjustments, and reconciliation entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned clients.
• Assist in external audits by preparing working papers and collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to ensure successful audit results.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff regarding their inquiries and issues.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the month-end close process and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
