Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst II to join our growing Finance team. You will work closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic financial analysis that drives business decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver timely month-end financial reports with variance analysis
  • Maintain and develop financial reports using FP&A tools (e.g., DataRails)
  • Update rolling forecasts monthly and assist with annual budgeting
  • Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses for strategic planning
  • Conduct profitability and margin analysis at product and account levels
  • Support business case evaluations, ROI assessments, and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support decision-making through financial insights
  • Develop ad-hoc financial models and assist with due diligence requests

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis (agency or service-based business preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Knowledge of SQL or data query tools is an advantage
