I. Job Summary

Implements and coordinates the Department's Objectives, Targets, and Programs and supervises Plant operations activities. Involves in the Production planning and control and Plant's improvement projects. Provides Department operations-related support to the Department Manager.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensures accurate Recipe is placed in the Feed mill Management System (FMS).
  2. Ensures production schedule is followed.
  3. Ensures Safety Stock Level of the production materials, finished goods and spare parts.
  4. Ensures standard processes, policies, and safety rules are carried out effectively in the Plant operations.
  5. Ensures production performance target are met.
  6. Ensures finished products conform to the set quality standard specifications.
  7. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of respective work area.

III. Qualifications

  1. College graduate (preferably licensed Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, Chemical Engineer)
  2. Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry or any in relation.
