JOB POST: Masterbatch Chemist

Kolora Ink and Chemical Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Masterbatch Chemist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of polymer chemistry and compounding techniques, with a proven track record of developing and optimizing masterbatch formulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize masterbatch formulations to meet customer specifications and performance requirements.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze results to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including production and sales, to ensure smooth product development and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and production data.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to the manufacturing team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies in masterbatch production.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our masterbatch production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the masterbatch industry.
  • Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, compounding techniques, and color science.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize masterbatch formulations.
  • Experience with various testing equipment and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
