Key Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in cost estimation or a related role.
• Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other estimation or costing tools.

• Willing to be assigned at Rua Seguridad's production site (Marilao, Bulacan).

• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine scope and cost factors.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain updated price quotations.
• Analyze cost data and prepare summaries for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, bid documents, and cost breakdowns.
• Maintain and update a database of material prices, labor rates, and other cost-related information.
• Support project teams in monitoring actual costs versus estimates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
