· Responsible for dispatching cooked food for the events.

· Responsible for inspecting and dispatching ingredients and raw materials for food to be prepared on site.

· Responsible in preparing the Purchase Requisition for mineral water, LPG gas, ice block, ice cube and softdrinks.

· Responsible in monitoring and analyzing contract's details for every event to clearly understand the requirements.

· Responsible in preparing food crates, food pans, ice chests and other food containers required for a specific event.

· Makes sure that all dispatching activities will be done on the required time (Not too early & not late)

· Responsible for the cleanliness of the dispatching area.
