We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst with strong analytical skills and high sense of responsibility to join our Interest Assessment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing interest charges related to late customer payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial reporting and effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

R- eview and analyze customer agreements and account activity to identify and apply interest charges in accordance with company policies.
E- nsure accurate documentation and processing of interest-related transactions within financial systems.
O- versee the end-to-end interest charge process to ensure timely and successful completion.
P- repare and communicate clear, accurate correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders.
C- onduct interest assessments to support decision-making processes.
M- onitor outstanding balances and assist in resolving interest-related inquiries or disputes.
C- ontribute to the enhancement of interest charge procedures, tools, and reporting capabilities.
G- enerate reports and maintain monitoring tools related to interest charges, collections, and account status.
S- upport compliance with internal controls and applicable financial regulations.
A- ssist with ad-hoc assignments and special initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

B- achelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
M- inimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
P- roficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with financial systems (SAP is an asset).
S
- trong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial processing and reporting.
E- xcellent written and verbal communication skills.
P- roven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality.
D- emonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
