The Section Head shall manage the Chemical Section of the laboratory. He/she shall be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and supervising all the functions in the laboratory, including manpower planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing and testing. The position shall ensure that the laboratory services are of standard quality, cost contained and carried out in a timely manner.
