QA Auditor

I. POSITION SUMMARY

Quality Assurance Auditor verifies, investigates and audits operational processes and its conformance to the standards and procedures. QA Auditor ensures high quality standards at all levels of operations and management levels and develops, monitors and tracks data and process improvements in all products and services.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Quality Assurance

a) Daily monitors operation and manufacturing process against food safety and quality system.

b) Conducts monthly audit based on current Good Manufacturing Practices protocols and weekly warehouse sanitation audits.

c) Facilitates control of non-conforming products and coordinates with purchasing/ food safety team leader on deviation from specifications.

2) GMP/HACCP Coordinator

a) Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of good manufacturing program implementation and compliance. Ensure department heads, supervisors, and plant personnel are knowledgeable and trained on good manufacturing practices.

b) Verifies daily compliance to sanitation and personnel hygiene standards.

c) Monitors critical control points on daily operation and manufacturing activity, implement correction and corrective actions from the point of nonconformity identification. He/she inspects implementation of operation and manufacturing control points.

3) Pest Control Officer.

a) Works with Maintenance in facilitating internal pest control program inclusive of pest control devices monitoring and exclusion of harborage sites.

b) Coordinates with Third Party Pest Controller for the conduct of General Pest Control Treatments.

c) Conducts Monthly Trend Analysis for Pest Control Activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
