JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for selling products and representing So-en Lingerie in assigned stores by presenting correct items, suggesting alternatives, exhibiting product knowledge, maintaining proper inventory, submitting reports on time, answering customer inquiries, keeping selling area clean, preserving display merchandise, and competitor knowledge.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling Products

  • Study product knowledge and use it when presenting products.
  • Recommend products and highlight features based on customer needs.
  • Offer alternatives to unavailable products. Upsell when applicable and always highlight markdown or sale items.
  • Execute directives from either Area Sales Coordinator (ASC), Concession Supervisor, or Sales Manager. Report results and issues back to superiors.

Inventory Management

  • Update stock cards based on set schedule and company inventory system.
  • Provide feedback on fast and slow-moving products to Supervisor for inventory adjustment.
  • Submit (text-in) required reports on time with complete and correct data. Reports include:
  • Reorders (RO)
  • Monthly and Quarterly Inventory Report
  • Record and report to Supervisor issues regarding quality, damages, wrong tagging, and size.
  • Replenish selling area during lean hours to assure complete product selection and sizing.

Customer Service

  • Always project a happy and pleasing personality when interacting with customers.
  • Answer any inquiries about product, quality, promotions, and others.

Merchandising Display

  • Strictly follow Visual Display Guide set by Marketing and given by ASC.
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to store assets such as posters, signages, modules, racks, hooks.
  • Always keep the selling area clean and approachable.

Store Security

  • Avoid replenishing stocks during peak hours to minimize theft and pilferages.
  • Record and report instances to Store Department Manager (DM) or ASCs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Graduate / College Level
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience as a Promodiser
  • Hard working, Pleasing Personality, Quick-Learner, Communication Skills
  • Can START IMMEDIATELY

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
