Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management, Catering, or Food & Beverage Service preferred.
• Additional training in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent) is an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in canteen, cafeteria, or food service operations.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or in-charge role, managing staff, vendors, and daily canteen activities.
• Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and sanitation procedures.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills to handle daily operations smoothly.
• Basic accounting and record-keeping skills for handling cash, billing, and procurement.
• Proficient in using MS Office, POS systems, or inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff, suppliers, and management.
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
• Customer-service oriented with attention to quality and cleanliness.
• Physically fit to handle long hours and canteen operations.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
• Can start ASAP
