Key Responsibilities

Brainstorm, conceptualize, and create content/design materials for employee engagement programs, company events, and internal communications—including newsletters, announcements, campaign/event materials, and presentation decks—ensuring all creative outputs align with Asticom's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Document and capture photos and videos of various company events and activities.

Create motion graphics, video teasers, and highlight reels for internal use and social sharing.

Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful communication materials.

Manage and maintain a library of all visual assets and event documentation.

Produce fresh, innovative work by staying up to date on design trends and software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Arts/Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.

Proven experience related to Creatives, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising.

Solid foundation in design execution and creative philosophies.

Strong eye for visual composition, typography, and storytelling.

Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and post-production editing.

Well-versed with software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere), Figma, and Capcut.

Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Passionate about creating engaging content that promotes culture, connection, and employee pride.

Willing to be based in various sites in the metro.
