Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Conduct machine inspections, calibrations, and testing to ensure operational performance and safety.
• Ensure maintenance activities adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture and recommend corrective measures for identified risks or unsafe practices.
• Coordinate with environmental service providers and ensure proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve safety, maintenance efficiency, and environmental sustainability.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Technology.
• Certified Safety Officer (SO1 or SO2) and Pollution Control Officer (PCO) accreditation in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of1–3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of environmental management systems, waste management, and safety regulations.
