About the role

As a Sales Representative at WELD POWERTOOLS AND CONSTRUCTION CORP.', you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and expansion in the Pagadian City Zamboanga Del Sur region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and cultivate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities
  2. Maintain and nurture relationships with current customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and secure repeat business
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to help customers select the best products and solutions for their needs
  4. Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving collective sales goals
  5. Participate in trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives to raise the company's profile and generate new sales opportunities
  6. Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activity in the company's CRM system
  7. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and provide valuable insights to help the company stay ahead of market trends

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales representative or similar customer-facing role, preferably within the construction or power tools industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and close sales deals
  4. Adept at using CRM systems and other sales-related technology to manage your pipeline and reporting
  5. Passion for the company's products and a genuine desire to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
  6. Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers and attend industry events
