Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and specialty beverages.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and presentation.
  • Ensure coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, milk frother) is cleaned and maintained daily.
  • Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and answer questions about drinks and menu items.
  • Keep the bar and coffee station clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
  • Monitor supplies of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and garnishes.
  • Notify management when stock is low or request reorders.
  • Assist in monthly inventory and cost control measures.
