  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Engineers, Operations Managers, Directors) through consistent communication and follow-up.

  • Reporting: Accurately manage all sales activities, pipeline data, and forecasts using our CRM system.

  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals
  • Proven Service Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful experience selling services, not just products (e.g., consulting, B2B solutions, financial, or technical services).

  • Comfort on the Phone: Must demonstrate exceptional confidence and clarity in phone communication, with a proven ability to lead professional conversations and overcome objections remotely.

  • Proactive Drive: A self-starter mentality. The ability to work independently, manage a territory, and actively pursue new leads without constant supervision.

  • Learning Aptitude: Willingness to quickly learn and articulate basic environmental compliance terminology and the value proposition of our specialized services.

  • Professional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bisaya and Tagalog
