We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven GHL Expert to manage daily automations, certification cycles, and lead workflows. This role focuses on optimizing pipelines, maintaining clean data, ensuring seamless event logistics, and driving attendance for certification programs. The ideal candidate is hands-on with GHL, highly organized, and skilled at fine-tuning processes to maximize conversions and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, pipelines, tags, calendars, forms/surveys, email/SMS, and conversations).
- Review and update certification workflows, including Zoom links, reminders, and event dates.
- Oversee tagging, statuses, DND, and pipeline stages to maintain smooth lead flow.
- Verify time zones for AU/US audiences and adapt for future regional expansions.
- Conduct QA for launches—forms, emails, SMS, links, bookings, triggers, and pipelines across markets.
- Monitor and manage the Conversations inbox, troubleshooting failed sends and reporting recurring issues.
- Maintain data hygiene: merge duplicates, standardize fields, archive outdated pipelines, and track UTMs/sources.
- Monitor deliverability (bounces, spam) and recommend improvements.
- Suggest and implement optimizations, including light A/B testing of copy, timing, and cadence.
- Boost event attendance with outbound confirmation calls (within 12–24 hours of opt-in) to confirm details and build rapport.
- Coordinate founder appointments post-certification using proper calendar routing.
- Deliver a weekly dashboard reporting opt-ins, show-ups, bookings, no-shows, deliverability, and quick wins.
- Flag potential issues early and propose actionable solutions.
- Support scheduling of emails, SMS, and social content using provided assets.
- Maintain and update SOPs for recurring certification cycles and new market launches.
- Duplicate and adapt funnels/automations to prepare for U.S. expansion.
Required Skills
- 1–2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, conversations, email/SMS).
- Background in appointment setting, customer success, or client engagement (confirmation/welcome calls).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), comfortable with phone, chat, and email.
- Experience managing multiple time zones (AU/US) with precision.
- Skilled in handling Zoom event logistics, recurring links, and calendars.
- Strong data management mindset (deduplication, list cleaning, UTM/source tracking).
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Meta ads funnels (traffic, pixels, and UTM tracking).
- Basic GHL landing page editing skills.
- Experience with A/B testing (subject lines, send times, reminders).
- Ability to schedule and manage ready-made email and social content.
- Analytical eye for small process improvements that drive measurable results.
