-    Manage a team that designs, builds and maintains robust, scalable, and efficient data models.
-    Implement processes to monitor data quality.
-    Enforces best practices in the development, optimization, testing, and documentation of data models.

-    Keen analytical skills. A problem solver with attention to nuance.
-    Initiative to understand processes internal and external to Lending.
-    Able to communicate clearly across all levels in organization.
-    Knowledgeable with SQL and Python.
 

Delivers

-    Churns regular reports/information used in day to day operations.
-    Able to do on-the-spot reviews of data to identify issues or exposures in current processes.
-    Provides clearer visibility over nuances and issues of existing processes.
-    Augments the team's overall performance by bringing in an advanced skillset to simplify datawork.
