Job Description:

  • Undertakes process improvement projects assigned by the MSD Officer or MSD Manager.
  • Assists the MSD Officer in major projects requiring research and analysis work.
  • Conducts training programs for dissemination of approved policies, systems and procedures.
  • Monitors implementation of agreed process standards.
  • Acts as the department's helpdesk for inquiries related to company policies and procedures.
  • Handles all administrative functions for the department.

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or any business related course.
  • At least 1 year experience in methods or systems analysis in a service-oriented company
  • Preferably with training experience
  • Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
  • Ability to learn processes and software
  • Able to conceptualize and think creatively
  • With proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio)
  • Expertise in flowcharting systems and procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Good team player
