Salary: P70,000 - P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday -Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
  • 2 years + Australian Accounting experience
  • CPA/CA or similar qualification preferred.
  • Retail industry experience highly desirable.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and sound understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SAP, NetSuite
  • Business Warehouse, Power BI, Blackline, and/or OneStream
  • Strong communication skills—able to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and results-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge existing processes for improvement.

What will you do?

  • Act as a key contact between finance teams, IT, leadership, and external advisers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data into the general ledger, including journal uploads and reconciliations.
  • Maintain the integrity of the month-end process, including reconciliations, task controls, and allocation processes.
  • Prepare financial reports, P&L reviews, and variance analysis with clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives to help the business scale alongside strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial reporting standards and Trade Practices Laws.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the organisation and liaise with external auditors, advisers, and group functions.
  • Promote safety and compliance by implementing safe work practices, reporting hazards, and integrating compliance requirements into daily processes.
