We're on the lookout for an accomplished Buyer/Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of product assortment and inventory management. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality products, maintaining vendor relationships, analyzing sales data, and ensuring our offerings align with both market demand and our brand vision.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Handle product sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordination
  • Ensure on-time delivery, correct pricing, and health stock levels.
  • Support sales and promotions through proper product planning
  • Create and manage purchase order
  • Monitor deliveries and resolve supply issues
  • Coordinate with warehouse and stores for allocation and replenishment
  • Maintain accurate costing, pricing and inventory records

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree holder, preferably in business administration (Marketing, Accounting, Finance)
  • At least 5 years related experience (houseware/kitchenware retail setting)
  • Supplier sourcing and price negotiation
  • Costing, pricing and margin control
  • Inventory and stock management
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Basic data analysis and excel proficiency
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (English and Tagalog)
  • Willing to work long-hours
