Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client financial records
  • Import trial balances into CCH ProSystem fx Engagement
  • Run Journal Entry Testing using TeamMate Analytics
  • Prepare Excel financial statements for audit clients.
  • Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper posting
  • Assist with setting up onboarding clients
  • Prepare and roll engagement letters, draft financial statements, management representation letter, and governance letter
  • Roll forward CCH binders and Suralink request lists
  • Downloading audit packages from provider websites
  • Prepare 401(k) trial balances and draft financials for the audit team
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls
  • Communicate with clients regarding their financial records, discrepancies, and reporting needs

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any relevant degree
  • At least 3-5 years of US accountancy or bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Working experience with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule and in a hybrid work arrangement
