Qualifications:.

First Aid: Administering immediate treatment for injuries and illnesses that occur in the workplace.

  • Medical Consultations:Evaluating employees' health conditions, providing medical consultations, and dispensing prescribed medications for sickness.
  • Assisting with Emergencies:Assisting with employee referrals to medical facilities and helping with hospitalizations when needed.

Health Promotion & Education

  • Health Information:Educating employees on preventive health measures and promoting a healthy lifestyle to minimize illnesses and accidents.
  • Wellness Programs:Supporting and assisting with the planning and conduct of company-wide wellness activities and campaigns.

Clinic Management & Administration

  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate, confidential records of employee health information, pre-employment medical results, and treatments.
  • Supply Management:Managing the inventory of medicines and medical supplies, preparing requisitions as needed, and ensuring the clinic is clean and safe.
  • Coordination:Coordinating schedules and processing medical-related documents for pre-employment exams, annual physical exams, and government benefit claims.

Collaboration & Support

  • Physician Assistance:Collaborating with the company physician by assisting with check-ups and consultations.
  • HR Support:Providing clerical support to the HR department, assisting with onboarding, and helping manage employee health data.
