Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 3–5 years in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, or FMCG/Hardware retail.
- Experience handling Wilcon, AllHome, ACE, Handyman, CitiHardware, or similar accounts is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Understanding of product pricing, margins, and P&L management.
- Knowledge of hardware/building materials categories is a plus.
- Analytical skills for reading sales data, inventory reports, and market insights.
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional coordination.
