
Executive Assistant- Alabang

- Manage executive level administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and video/teleconference calls.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Adeptly handle incoming communications and respond to internal requests for information on a timely basis.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing documents, conducting research, and assisting with special projects.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistance, Finance or similar role
- Background or experience in Finance is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
