The Role:
We are seeking a Principal who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, client services, and business development efforts at our Philippines office. This role will also lead administrative functions, ensure compliance with external regulatory bodies, and serve as the direct liaison with the Managing Partners. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and hands-on approach to driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Client Services Leadership
Oversee the Operations and Client Services teams to ensure streamlined processes and high-quality service delivery.
Drive performance metrics to meet internal goals and client expectations.
Lead issue resolution and ensure client satisfaction is prioritized across all service channels.
Implement continuous improvements in operational workflows and service excellence.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support growth in the region.
Develop and execute business development strategies, including market research and outreach initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and ensure retention.
Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and industry networking events to enhance market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
Administrative Oversight
Supervise all office administration activities, including scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination, and facilities management.
Partner with HR to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure that office operations run smoothly and effectively, aligned with company standards and goals.
Regulatory Compliance & External Affairs
Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws, labor regulations, and external agency requirements.
Serve as the company's point of contact with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external partners.
Maintain documentation for compliance reporting, permits, and legal records.
Ensure timely submission of necessary filings and compliance documents.
Strategic Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular performance, operations, and business development reports to the Managing Partners.
Participate in strategic planning, risk assessment, and organizational development discussions.
Lead the execution of leadership directives and corporate initiatives within the PH office.
Qualification and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
6–10 years of progressive experience in operations, client services, and business development roles.
Leadership:
Proven track record in team management, performance evaluation, and talent development.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Philippine labor and regulatory frameworks.
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Ability to engage effectively with team members, senior management, clients, and partners.
Preferred:
Experience in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
Familiarity with expert networks or consulting services.
Strong cross-functional team management background with a record of delivering growth results.

Office Location: Unit 901, 9th Floor, Eco Tower, 32nd St. cor, 9th Ave, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
Mandatory Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th-month pay, and legal overtime/holiday premiums
