DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Verifies accuracy and correctness of microbiological tests conducted.

1. Monitors the working condition of laboratory instruments, equipment, and apparatus to assure accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

2. Implements approved procedures, standards, and guidelines in laboratory operations.

3. Regularly monitors implementation of GLP. Ensures regular housekeeping and that laboratory facilities conform to 5S standards and safety requirements.

4. Verifies the correctness and accuracy of outsourced analysis (if any).

5. Maintains documented information in area of responsibility.

6. Participates in conducting complaint investigations, internal quality audits, and external audits as needed. Collaborates with the team/concerned functions in taking appropriate actions.

7. Conducts performance evaluations of laboratory staff.

8. Initiates continual improvement of laboratory work practices and procedures.

9. Performs other related tasks as directed by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be a certified Microbiologist or a licensed Medical Technologist, Clinical Pathologist or Sanitary Engineer

2. With three (3) years experience, preferably in a water testing laboratory

3. Has good working knowledge on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) or laboratory management

4. Willing to work at Carmona, Cavite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• water testing laboratory: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Microbiologist/RMT/ RSE/ LCPath license (Preferred)
