  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree preferably Marine Transportation or equivalent course
  • Familiar with the relevant rules and regulations of the Coast Guard;
  • Has atleast 2 years of experience as Skipper, preferably with 1,000 navigation KMs experience in Manila Bay or nearby coastal areas.
  • Responsible for the safety of the 20 pax boat and the people on board
  • Ensure the safety of all passengers and cargo on board
  • Conduct safety briefings for passengers before departure and monitor for safety compliance
