Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or Business
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a research or similar role
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
• Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be responsible for leading research projects and conducting complex analyses on a variety of topics related to our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs, develop research plans, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Research Projects: Lead research projects and conduct complex analysis on a variety of topics related to our business objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop research plans
• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data using a variety of research methodologies, including advanced statistical analysis
• Reporting & Presentation: Develop reports and presentations to communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on research-related projects
• Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research and analysis
• National-Level Research Initiatives: Work closely with the CEOs to explore and conduct research on a national scale, identifying opportunities that can contribute to income generation and strategic growth across multiple regions

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheet
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and manage complex research projects
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques
• Knowledge of research methodologies and advanced statistical analysis
• Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
• Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
