Kitchen Helper

Job description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team during the peak/seasonal period. Kitchen Helpers will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cleaning, dishwashing, and ensuring kitchen areas are well-maintained and hygienic at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients).
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Properly store food items and supplies.
• Dispose of kitchen waste following hygiene standards.
• Follow safety and food handling protocols at all times.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed during busy periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry out physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.

Job summary

Support kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and performing other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
