JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, or merchandise.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Prepare and update inventory reports for supervisors and management.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of items (FIFO/LIFO as applicable).
  • Assist in organizing the warehouse and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing and logistics departments regarding stock needs.
  • Verify outgoing items and ensure correct quantities for dispatch or production.
  • Investigate and report damaged, missing, or expired items.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse or storage facility setting.
  • May involve extended periods of standing, lifting, and manual handling.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, ACCOUNTANCY Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • With 1 year work experience in the same capacity in the Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented with an eye for details
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
