Responsibilities

NATURE / SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, identifying and mitigating workplace health hazards and risks.
• Provide primary medical care, first aid, and emergency responses to employees.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being and productivity.
• Advise employees on health-related matters and provide consultations on work-related illnesses and injuries.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide expert advice to management on occupational health issues.
• Maintain accurate medical records for employees.
• Work effectively with HR, management, and safety teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• With PRC license as a physician
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills in a range of health conditions.
• Making sound medical decisions and resolving health-related challenges.
• High integrity embracing the company's values
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedule and emergency tasks
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao, Ortigas

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php600.00 per hour
