About the role

We are seeking a talented Cake Decorator to join our team at Good Pastry Café in Greenhills San Juan City Metro Manila. This full-time position is an opportunity to showcase your artistic flair and passion for creating visually stunning cakes and pastries.

What you'll be doing

  • Expertly decorating a variety of cakes and pastries using a range of techniques and decorations
  • Collaborating with the baking team to bring creative cake designs to life
  • Ensuring all cakes and pastries meet the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to support efficient production
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to special requests
  • Participating in team meetings to contribute ideas and provide feedback

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Cake Decorator or Pastry Chef
  • Exceptional artistic skills and an eye for detail in cake decorating
  • Proficiency in a range of cake decorating techniques, including piping, fondant work, and airbrushing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Passion for creating visually stunning and delicious cakes and pastries
