IT Supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, managing network systems, servers, and databases.
• Proven experience leading and executing IT projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope.
• Hands-on experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple departments or teams.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role, guiding and developing junior IT staff, setting performance expectations, and promoting teamwork.
• Practical experience working with IT infrastructure, including system administration (Windows/Linux servers), network management (LAN/WAN), and security systems.
• Experience in managing databases, including performing backups, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing database performance.
• With wide experience in MES

Skills:

1. Expertise in networking, system administration, database management, and software development, including troubleshooting and technical support.

2. Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and time management to ensure successful project execution.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information and providing customer service.

4. Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

5. Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving, ensuring informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

6. Willingness to stay updated on technology trends and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
