Telemarketer

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our product lines
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Process orders and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests

Product Lines:

• Office & School Supplies (such as UNI ballpens, Polami Bundy clocks, laminating machines, etc)
• Medical consumables and equipment (IV fluids, specimen containers, wheelchairs, admission kits, alcohol, etc)
• Hot and Cold Vending Machines, Soft-Served Ice Cream Machine, Popcorn Machine, etc.
• Fabrics for Garment Factories, Garment Brands, Fabric Wholesale Shops
• Electric Vehicles

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
• Good negotiation skills; Organized
• Good PC Skills (Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint) and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Willing to work in our head office in Sta Mesa, Manila
