Office In Charge

Best Tools is currently seeking an Officer-in-Charge for our Isabela branch.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain seamless and efficient store functions without disruptions.
• Guide and lead staff members to maximize team performance.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Preferably holds a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management and customer service best practices.

Additional Requirement:

• Willing to train in Manila.
