Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead and oversee daily operations at our job site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising crew members, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers and tradespeople.
• Assign tasks based on project plans and team capabilities.
• Monitor job progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used efficiently.
• Resolve on-site issues and report project updates to supervisors or project managers.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction or relevant trade (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil).
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications are a plus.
