B&A is currently looking for a Customer Service & Systems Admin to join our team You will play a large role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and superior customer service. Responsibilities:

Organize and process orders
Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Learn, populate, and manage customer/vendor portals
Excellent communication and customer service skills enabling you to successfully contact vendors and customers to obtain missing information or answer requests.
Collaborative skills needed to liaise with all aspects of the business
Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records.
Willingness to convey key feedback from customers internally.
Commitment to staying informed regarding all things B&A.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or Customer Service Agent.
Hands on experience with CRM software and EXPERT in MS Office
Understanding of sales analytics and reporting
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to multi task in a high pressure environment
Portal Management: Oversee the comprehensive life cycle of our customer portal, encompassing the initiation of new item setups, meticulous contract entry, timely execution of price adjustments, and continuous monitoring and management to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and client expectations.
