  • Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor and labor-intensive tasks under various weather conditions (heat, rain, dust, etc.)
  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent
  • With minimum of one (1) year experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance work
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in (Grass cutting and lawn care, Tree and shrub trimming)
  • Deweeding and general gardening maintenance
  • Minor repair works (basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting)
  • Familiar with safe operation and maintenance of tools and equipment (e.g., grass cutter, hedge trimmer, pruning tools, etc.)
  • With good work habits, discipline, and proper grooming
  • Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
