Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor and labor-intensive tasks under various weather conditions (heat, rain, dust, etc.)
At least High School Graduate or equivalent
With minimum of one (1) year experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance work
Knowledgeable and skilled in (Grass cutting and lawn care, Tree and shrub trimming)
Deweeding and general gardening maintenance
Minor repair works (basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting)
Familiar with safe operation and maintenance of tools and equipment (e.g., grass cutter, hedge trimmer, pruning tools, etc.)
With good work habits, discipline, and proper grooming
Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Willing to be assigned in Kawit Cavite
