Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in food and beverage service; prior supervisory or senior waiter experience preferred.
  • Background or training in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods and carry service trays as needed.
  • Basic numeracy and POS system proficiency required;
  • Strong communication skills in English (and other languages, if applicable) are an asset.

Job Description:

  • Supervises the service team to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Oversees table assignments and monitors service flow during operations
  • Coordinates with the kitchen for accurate and timely order delivery
  • Handles guest inquiries and resolves service concerns professionally
  • Maintains high service standards and supports staff during peak hours
