Motorized Messenger

The Motorized Messenger is responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of documents, payments, packages, and other materials between offices, clients, and government agencies. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and familiarity with Metro Manila routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver documents, checks, and packages to designated locations.
• Perform bank transactions, bill payments, and government-related processing (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).
• Ensure that all deliveries are properly logged, recorded, and acknowledged.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all company documents and materials handled.
• Ensure the motorcycle is in good running condition and follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Assist in basic administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
• Report any delays, issues, or incidents to the immediate supervisor promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and good customer service when dealing with clients and office personnel.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College Level.
• With a Professional Driver's License
• Must have own motorcycle with updated registration.
• Must know how to drive both motorcycle and four-wheeled vehicles.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces.
• With at least 1 year of related work experience as a Messenger or similar role.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledgeable in admin tasks and bank processing is an advantage.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Location: Metro Manila (preferably near Cubao, Quezon City)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
